Leave the city behind and find yourself immerse in the beauty of unspoiled nature, charming villages and breathtaking view on the Renon Plateau, a medium hike from the historical center of Bolzano.
On foot, leaving the city center and without using any transportation ascend from 264 mt to 1221 mt taking the panoramic promenade that connects Bolzano to the village of Himmelfahrt/Assunta. Upon arrival enjoy a typical South Tyrolean merenda – Bretteljause, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Return to Bolzano by cable car.

MORE INFO |Â On the Renon Plateau we are able to offer several hiking experiences for walkers. Instead of walking all the way to the village of Himmelfahrt/Assunta as described above, we can reach the plateau with the cable car and choose the itinerary that better suits the passengers.
