Itinerary

1. Tour Starts

Departure from your hotel and transfer by private transportation to San Genesio, a charming little mountain village just above Bolzano. Once there, meet the Farmer Fabian that will take you on a short walk through the woods, to reach his family’s farm.

2. Authentic Food Tasting Experience

At the farm you will visit the stables, see the animals, the vineyards, the mill and the barn , learn the activity and products of the farm and how’s life on a farm. During the workshop “From Hey to Milk”, you will learn how milk is made and how to do fresh butter

3. Tour Ends

The workshop will end with a light lunch where you will taste the farm’s products, wine and homemade juices. A fun activity for the whole family! Return by private transportation to Bolzano.
