The property dates back to the beginning of the 1800, and was originally a private residence used during the harvest time, that was part of a farmstead surrounded by hectares of vineyards. These vineyards, located just behind the villa, are now owned by an excellent winery, producing top quality Trento Doc sparking wine.

Itinerary

Meet your private driver at your hotel and depart direction Martignano, a small village just above the city of Trento. Enjoy the short drive that will take you to the location of the cooking class, and along the way will notice many vineyards, from which the famous sparkling wine, Trento Doc is produced . Upon arrival, Costanza, the host will greet you and show you in.

The so called "Sommerfrische"  or sommer retreat started promptly the 29th June and lasted for 72 days.  The area is famous also to be have Europe’s tallest and most perfectly shaped Earth Pyramids with their bizzare shapes.

At the location, you’ll enjoy a private cooking class in an authentic South Tyrolean farmhouse  - Maso. You’ll learn the secrets and tricks, by Mali, the experienced  cook and driving force behind this active family owned farm. Years of experience and even a recipe book make her the best person to teach you how to cook two main courses -Schlutzkrapfen (moon-shaped ravioli with spinach), Kaese Knoedel, and two desserts - Kaiserschmarrn.

Following the class, enjoy the meal you helped prepare, with drinks included (water or homemade juice or wine).
