Itinerary

1. Tour Starts

Meet your English speaking guide at your hotel lobby. Leaving Bolzano we’ll be driving to the Siusi-Seis Plateau, Europe’s largest meadow where you will spend the whole day surrounded by the majestic Dolomites. Upon arrival at the village of Kompatsch, together with your guide you will choose the right hike for you.

2. Amazing Natural Experience

Enjoy your walk with the wonderful Sciliar-Schlern mountain range as a background while learning about the Ladini culture and traditions from your guide. You’ll also discover more about the fauna and flora typical of the Dolomites as well as legends related to the witches that used to populate these mountains.

3. Authentical Food Tasting Experience

You will have three stops in local Almhuette - Mountain huts, where you’ll have the chance to savor and try different local delicatessen. Tasting will include: a cheese platter, Speck and cured meat or Knoedel - bread dumplings - and a sweet dish, Kaiserschmarren.

4. Tour Ends

After the last stop, take the last pictures before heading back to the starting point where your driver is waiting for you. Transfer back to Bolzano.
