Itinerary

We’ll leave Bolzano direction Sluderno, where we will stop and visit Castle Coira-Churburg, considered one of the best preserved castle in South Tyrol with one of the biggest armory in Europe.

After the visit, we’ll reach the medieval walled town of Glorenza-Glurns, with only 800 inhabitant is the smallest in Europe. Guided visit and stop for lunch and personal discovery.

Continue to the first and only Whisky distillery of Italy located in the “Italian Highlands” for a guided tour followed by tasting. Upper Venosta Valley, the location of the distillery, was formerly called the granary of Tyrol. This Italian Whisky is produced only by using the purest water from the high glaciers, and rye coming from mostly local farmers. A true and authentic experience for your palate!

Following the tour, on the way to Bolzano, stop in Merano, the Spa town that already during the Belle Epoque attracted aristocrats, kings and luminaries from all over Europe. Stroll in the historical medieval arches and time for a coffee break before coming back to Bolzano.
