Dolomites Private Cheese Workshop


Upon arrival at the village of Kompatsch, together with your guide you will choose the right hike for you (trail itinerary will be choses based on your level)  where you will be amazed by the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomites.
Your guide will share with you legends, interesting facts about the area its flora, fauna and its local population

After the hike, reach the hut where you will meet the local farmer and start your cheese workshop. Visit the dairy lab, learn the process of the cheese making and how to decorate it with fresh edible mountain flowers, grown in the chef's garden. Following the workshop, enjoy the result of your hard work.
At the location you can also have lunch (not included) or in any other local huts.

After the last stop, take the last pictures before heading back to the starting point where your driver is waiting for you. If interested is possible to include a Buggy ride at an additional cost. Return by cable car back to base station.
