We had an amazing time on our food tour! Claudia was an excellent guide, and she helped us get a feel for the local culture and history of the city. We got to try a variety of delicious dishes and saw historical sites we would have missed otherwise. Amazing value for the price!

Claudia provides a great city tour of Bolzano center and the history of it. Absolutely a recommendation when you want to have fun, eat great food, drink good wine and great company of Claudia.

My husband and I booked this private cooking class during our visit in November. Our initial booking turned out to be unavailable but Claudia was able to rebook us on a slightly more expensive class with no additional cost. Communication from start to finish was quick and clear. The cooking class was more than we could have hoped for. We enjoyed the intimate setting and loved learning from Mali. The food was delicious and bountiful. We can’t wait to try the recipes at home! I definitely recommend.

My favorite part was the visit with the beermeister. We are not big beer drinkers, but he shared a lot of fun information about craft breweries. I also enjoyed our guide who was friendly and outgoing.

We so enjoyed our tour with Claudia! A great mix of history and food. Wonderful bites from local producers and Claudia was so informative and charming! Cannot recommend this highly enough!
